Technological issues are common. Sometimes customers will contact an owner and never hear back from them! This may be due to an incorrect phone number, the owner being overseas or due to Facebook privacy settings. Often messages via Facebook will go into an owner’s “other” inbox. Owners are encouraged to frequently check this inbox. However, it can be easy to forget. If you have not heard back from an owner, message us via our contact page with their full name, and we can get in contact with them on your behalf.
