Alternative Return Methods
We understand that getting to an Australia Post office during business hours isn’t always possible. If this applies to you, here are two alternative ways to return your order.
Returning at an Australia Post after 12pm
If you can’t get to an Australia Post location before the 12pm cut-off, you may still lodge your return later in the day — provided you hand it over the counter before that location’s end-of-day collection cut-off.
- Many metropolitan stores accept lodgements until around 4pm.
- Regional and WA stores may have earlier cut-off times.
⚠️ Important: Only lodge after 12pm if you’re certain the store will include your parcel in that day’s collection. If it misses the cut-off, it may be delayed and returned late to the lender, which may incur fees.
Returning via a Yellow Express Post Box
If you’re unable to visit a store, you may return your order using a Yellow Express Post Box before 12pm. To ensure we can verify your return was sent correctly and on time, please follow these steps:
- Record a video of yourself placing the parcel in the post box
- The video must clearly show:
- The shipping label
- The parcel’s tracking number
- The parcel being placed into the yellow box
📷 Video evidence is required. If a parcel is lodged without a video clearly showing the above, we cannot guarantee your return will be processed correctly, and you may be held liable for any delays or missing returns.
Which post box should I use?
Always use a Yellow Express Post Box — never a red post box. Red boxes send items via regular Parcel Post, which is slower and may result in a delayed return. Delays or missing parcels will incur fees.
