HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Rent a Dress further collects and holds direct debit details for users of the Site that act as “Vendors”. This is a requirement to ensure payment for rental transactions can be provided to the Vendors.

Through cookies and other automated means, we may collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.

Rent a Dress does not store credit card information. The Site utilises a payment plugin/extension operated through WOOCOMMERCE (woocommerce.com). Please refer to “Links to External Sites” for further information on this embedded payment plugin.

 

PURPOSE OF COLLECTION

Rent a Dress collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information from you or about you where it is reasonably necessary for us to carry our business functions and activities and to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Site. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

The Site and all articles and listings published on the Site may include embedded content (for example videos, images, articles, etc.) from other Sites.
