Rent a Dress further collects and holds direct debit details for users of the Site that act as “Vendors”. This is a requirement to ensure payment for rental transactions can be provided to the Vendors.

Rent a Dress does not store credit card information. The Site utilises a payment plugin/extension operated through WOOCOMMERCE (woocommerce.com). Please refer to “Links to External Sites” for further information on this embedded payment plugin.
PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
Rent a Dress collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information from you or about you where it is reasonably necessary for us to carry our business functions and activities and to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Site. We also collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for related purposes that you would reasonably expect, such as our administrative and accounting functions.

All complaints will be considered by Rent a Dress, and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
